Marlboro senior left-hander Andrew Nardi, who had a 1.41 ERA as a junior this spring, verbally committed to Radford University on Thursday, according to Mustangs coach Jim Ferraro.

The Mustangs' ace finished 4-2 with 59 strikeouts in 59 2/3 innings for a Marlboro team that reached the NJSIAA Central Jersey Group IV semifinals. He allowed 12 earned runs and 46 hits while walking 23 for a WHIP of 1.16 and was selected to the Class A North All-Division team by the coaches.
