No. 7 CBA 13, Middletown North 2
Sophomore Ryan Martin scored six goals to lead the Colts (3-2, 3-0) to a victory over the Lions.
Sophomore Jack Santos and junior Ian Macrae each scored twice and junior Nick Blalock had four assists. Aidan Guinnessey, Ty Feiler, and Liam Schwartz each scored once.
No. 9 Middletown South 14, Freehold Township 6
Junior attackman Steve Kirchner tallied a game-high five points with four goals and one assist to lead the Eagles (4-0, 3-0) past the Patriots (0-3, 0-2).
John Bayer and Coin Gallagher each registered three goals and one assist and Luke Rohrmann had a hat trick. Brendan Gilbert added a goal and three assists and Lucas Campos made five saves.
Nick Carnevale led Freehold Township with two goals and two assists while James Buckley had a goal and two assists, Aidan Harrington and Doug Kemble had a goal and an assist each, and Ryan Rowolt scored once. Tommy McNamara (3 saves) and Connor Brown (4 saves) split time in goal.
No. 6 Howell at Marlboro, 4 p.m. - postponed to Saturday, 4/9 at 10 a.m.

No. 3 Southern 11, Brick Memorial 2
Junior midfielder Joey DeYoung scored four goals with one assist and senior FOGO Kurt Falk won 15 of 16 face-offs as the Rams (3-0, 2-0) cruised to a win over the Mustangs (2-2, 0-2) to give head coach John Pampalone his 200th career win.
Zach Washco and Jack Kolbe each scored twice while Hayden Lucas had a goal and five assists, Jake Washco had a goal and an assist, Jake Cornelius scored once and Konnor Forlai had one assist. Tyler Sininksy made five saves and Nick Roesch made two saves, both allowing one goal during their stints between the pipes.
Paul Mazzeo made 16 saves for Brick Memorial and Rob Beshears and Henry Lindquist scored the Mustangs' goals.
Jackson Memorial 15, Toms River North 6
Senior attackman Matt DeRosa sank five goals and assisted on four others and senior midfielder Charlie Harrison tallied five goals and one assist and won 6 of 9 face-offs as the Jaguars (3-1, 2-0) defeated the Mariners (1-2, 1-1).
Drew Baracas added three goals and two assists, Alex Ariel had a goal and an assist, and James Casaine scored once. Justin Perillo, Alex Rose, and Charlie Gumina had one assist each, Zack O'Connell won 7 of 11 face-offs and defenseman Mike Rauch stepped into the face-off X and won 2 of 3 draws. Hunter Olsen stood tall in goal with 19 saves.
Toms River South 16, Central 2
Corey Kaiser sank five goals with one assist, Shane Toal delivered four goals and two assists, and Aidan Vicidomini scored twice and won 17 of 19 faceoffs to power the Indians (3-1, 1-1) to a victory over the Golden Eagles (0-5, 0-2).
Brady Derome added two goals and one assist, Billy Rutledge had a goal and two assists, Dennis Forbes tallied a goal and an assist, Nicholas Romaine scored once, and Cal Varvaez dished out four assists. Joseph Simione and Michael Desiderio had one assist each and Jake Hull backstopped the win by making six saves.
Jahaziel Garcia scored twice and Maxx Agnello had one assist for Central.
Class B North
No. 1 Rumson-Fair Haven 14, No. 5 Shore 3
A balanced scoring attack and dominant work at the face-off X by senior Noah Beacher led the Bulldogs (3-1, 2-0) to a blowout victory over the Blue Devils (2-1, 1-1).
Beacher went 12-for-15 on face-offs to give Rumson a major possession advantage and the offense took care of the rest with senior Tommy French scoring a game-high three goals, senior Philip Passalaqua and junior Quinn Stankovitz tallying two goals and one assist each, senior Jack McCarren scoring twice, junior Cole Cashion delivering a goal and an assist, and senior Dan Garvey, junior Quinn Lumsden, sophomore Andy Croddick, and junior defenseman Beau Kemler all scoring one goal apiece. Freshman Grayson Goldin chipped in with two assists.
Junior William Setteducate made two saves playing the first three quarters and junior Marshall Halfacre made his season debut after working his way back from a knee injury suffered during the football season, making one save in the fourth quarter.
Junior goalie Walker Hunter made 16 saves, including 10 in the third quarter, to lead the way for Shore. Sam Madalone had a goal and an assist and Carson Cooke and Jamie Mazzacco each scored once.
Rumson led 9-1 at halftime and 13-1 heading to the fourth quarter.
No. 8 Red Bank 12, Ocean 0
Junior midfielder Henry Spencer paced the Bucs' attack with five goals and two assists as they blanked the Spartans to pick up their first win of the season.
Andrew Pape tallied two goals and two assists, Trey Lynch had two goals and one assist, and Ryder Villani also scored twice. Matt Lynch added a goal and an assist and Gavin Lisko made five saves in goal.
Blaine Grayson made 19 saves to lead the way for Ocean.
Red Bank Catholic 12, Holmdel 10
Senior attackman Anthony Muniz totaled five goals and three assists and sophomore attackman Peter Villare tallied two goals and four assists as the Caseys (3-1, 1-1) erased a halftime deficit and surged past the Hornets (3-1, 1-1) in the fourth quarter.
Holmdel led 8-7 at halftime and the game was tied 10-10 heading into the fourth quarter.
Sam Fertal notched a hat trick, Torin Harmon had a goal and an assist, Jackon Lu scored once, and Nick Cosimano collected 10 ground balls. Gianvito Viola made 14 saves in goal to backstop the victory.
St. John Vianney 16, Neptune 4
Michael Loff notched a hat trick and Andrew Reynolds scored once for Neptune.
Class B South
No. 2 Manasquan 17, Jackson Liberty 3
Junior attackman Matt Porazzo totaled four goals and three assists and junior attackman James Farinacci had a hat trick plus two assists as the Warriors (3-0, 2-0) rolled to a victory over the Lions (1-3, 1-2).
Blake Gorski scored twice with one assist, Brody Muly had a goal and two assists, and Dan Hyland and Nick Carabetta each scored once. Robert Pendrgist, Max Pauwels, and Niland DiLuchio had one assist each while Carter Groezinger (8 saves) and Nick Bounassi (1 save) split time in goal.
Paul Capozzi had a hat trick, Matthew LaBianca made 16 saves, and Evan Canning made eight saves for Jackson Liberty.
Point Boro 15, Donovan Catholic 5
Senior midfielder Aidan Kirk totaled five goals and three assists plus nine ground balls to become the first player in program history with 100 career goals as the Panthers (4-0, 1-0) continued their torrid start with a convincing win over the Griffins (1-3, 0-2).
Point Boro has now scored 62 goals in its first four games and is 4-0 for the first time in program history, according to head coach Pat Brady.
Freshman attackman Brady Kirk also had a big game with three goals and five assists while senior Nick Campbell scored four goals. Robert Trapanese and Greyson Ritter each scored once, Brian Ostrander had an assist, Dennis Glynn picked up seven ground balls, and Matt Azzarano made seven saves.
