Jersey Shore Report for Thursday, August 17, 2017
Check the latest weather and surf conditions and forecasts for New Jersey's beaches, boardwalks, and bays.
Advisories
A Moderate Risk of dangerous rip currents has been posted for the entire Jersey Shore Thursday. Hurricane Gert is now far from the U.S. East Coast and so the rough surf threat will be considerably less than Wednesday. However, it's still important to remain vigilant and exercise common sense in and around the ocean. Be extra sure to follow all posted signs, flags, and lifeguard instructions.
