It’s time to get your vote in for who had the top performance in the Shore this week to choose the Shore Sports Network Boys Lacrosse of the Week. The winner will be announced on Thursday right here on ShoreSportsNetwork.com. Voting will end Wednesday at midnight.

Week 2 (April 8-April 13) Boys Lacrosse Player of the Week nominees (listed in alphabetical order)
Trevor Barber, Sr., Midfield/FO, Donovan Catholic
Barber scored six goals, picked up 11 ground balls and won 27 of 33 face-offs in two games to reach 300 face-off wins over the last two years.
Canyon Birch, Sr., Attack, Manasquan
With seven goals and two assists in the Warriors’ 17-3 win over St. John Vianney, Birch reached 432 career points to become the Shore Conference’s all-time leading scorer. He added five goals and five assists in a win over Holmdel and now has 34 goals and 19 assists in six games this season.
Sean DeMott, Sr., Goalie, Wall
DeMott was outstanding in the Crimson Knights’ 10-9 overtime win over Rumson-Fair Haven with 18 saves, helping Wall earn its breakthrough victory. Wall also defeated Freehold Township, 12-10, where DeMott made 12 saves to help fuel the comeback win. He added six saves in a win over Red Bank.
Connor Macrae, Sr., Attack, CBA
Macrae scored 16 goals and added five assists in three games, including reaching the 100-career goal milestone, as the Colts went 3-0 and took a major step toward clinching another Class A North division title.
Dylan Vitale, Sr., Attack, Lacey
Vitale posted 11 goals and two assists in two games to set a program record with 129 career goals.
