In the wake of recent developments in this country, I felt a responsibility to not only address what has happened but look at what needs to be done to effect change. Part of that is understanding the hurt and anger that exists in the black community, something I certainly cannot relate to. With that said I set-up a roundtable discussion with three well-known African American figures in the Shore area. Two are coaches and one a high school principal. Dennis Adams, Tahj Holden, and James Young have all experienced the ugliness of racism and they are united in their demand for change.
