Monmouth University Vice President and Director of Athletics Dr. Marilyn McNeil announced last week that she will retire from her 53-year career in college athletics on June 30, 2021.  McNeil, who spent the last 28 years at Monmouth spoke with me about her career, the changes during her tenure, the future of college athletics and more.
