Jackson Resident Wins Devils Tickets For ‘Liking’ Facebook Page

Jackson Township resident Rod McCann has been randomly selected as Shore Sports Network’s second Devils ticket giveaway recipient.

The four tickets will be for the Feb. 3 game against Colorado.

McCann said he was happy to win the tickets, which he won simply for hitting the “Like” button on Shore Sports Network’s Facebook page.

"I actually didn't even notice [that there was a ticket giveaway]," McCann, who works at the Department of Public Works in Belmar, said in an interview. "I have been a Shore area sports fan for years, I went to St. Rose, my father coached there, and I've always liked local sports. So, I liked the page to keep updated on local baseball and basketball."
