Monmouth 36, Henry Hudson 24

Sydney Po, a 6-0 sophomore guard, dropped in a game-high 13 points and cleared five rebounds to help the Falcons (1-7) pocket their first win. Freshman guard Kamlyn Bevacqua grabbed nine boards while sophomore swing Ava Yeagle finished with seven points, six rebounds, three blocks, two assists and two steals.

Ann McGavin had seven points to go with eight rebounds for Henry Hudson (3-4). Alyssa Curry added six points and seven boards for the Admirals.

Monmouth built a 22-9 advantage in the first half and widened the gap to 30-14 heading into the fourth.

Shore 39, Pinelands 25

Jackson Liberty 48, Ocean 29

Freshman guard Arianna Broughton posted a monster double-double as the Lions (5-2) won their fifth straight. Broughton posted 15 points and 14 rebounds while junior guard Maura Carney finished with 18 points and three steals.

Senior guard Kayla Nelson dished out eight assists for Jackson Liberty, which crafted a 33-10 cushion by halftime.

Point Beach 42, Barnegat 24

Cassidy Burns pumped in game-high 17 to spark Point Beach (5-2) to its second straight win. Jada Clayton added eight points and Allison House netted seven for the Beach, which opened witha 15-0 blitz.

Kya Joseph led Barnegat (2-5) with nine points.
