The Freehold Boro boys soccer team is again off to a strong start and this time around, the Colonials are showing no signs of letting up.

Senior Isaac Ball scored two more goals Monday to lead the No. 9 team in the Shore Sports Network Top 10 to a 3-0 win over Howell.

With his two scores on Monday, Ball increased his season-total to seven, matching his entire output for the 2018 season, when he led Freehold Boro in scoring.

Senior Phil Franco also scored to wrap up Freehold's scoring for the day - more than enough to back a shutout effort by sophomore goalkeeper Owen Gelber and the Colonials defense.

Monday's win is the fourth in a row for Freehold Boro since dropping a 2-0 decision to still-unbeaten Wall.
