Thrive Week 6 Girls Soccer Player of the Week

Brigid Hatton, Raritan

Junior Brigid Hatton returned from injury just in time to play in the last game of the season for Raritan and her performance in goal helped the Rockets win their second game of the season.

Her play also resulted in her being voted by the fans as Week 6 Thrive Girls Soccer Player of the Week.

Hatton posted her first career shutout against Monmouth Regional, which had 11 wins on the season. Hatton made several saves to close out the game after Raritan scored in the first half to take the lead.

Hatton earned the highest percentage of votes this season for a player of the week. She collected 62.1 percent of the votes casted for the Week 6 Player of the Week award. Middletown North’s Jayme Malanda finished in second place with 12.8 percent of the votes.

As the latest Thrive Girls Soccer Player of the Week, Hatton will receive a shirt and a free training session courtesy of Thrive.
