Central Regional was able to hold off a 4th quarter comeback by Lacey to win in overtime and advance to the finals in the Kathy Snyder bracket of the WOBM Christmas Classic. Sophomore Emma Christensen scored 9 points and grabbed 22 rebounds for Central. She also had 8 out of the 20 steals for Central Regional.

No. 4 Wall 45, No. 2 Rumson-Fair Haven 30

No. 1 Red Bank Regional 59, No. 3 Manchester 31

Red Bank Regional outscored Manchester 20-4 in the first quarter and never looked back. The Lady Bucs were able to get out to the big lead with their defense and their ability to slow Manchester star Devyn Quigley down. Junior Caroline Polloway had a dominate first half and finished with 15 points and 14 rebounds. Sophomoe Synai Blychanton scored a team-high 18 points for RBR. Quigley finished with 27 points for Manchester.

White Bracket

No. 1 Ocean Township 76, No. 4 Freehold Township 43

Ocean had all five starters score double-digits on their way to defeating Freehold Township in the semifinals of the Blue Devil Holiday Invitational. Junior Kayden Clark scored a career-high 24 points and senior Jineen Ayyash added 14 points for the Spartans.

No. 1 Shore Regional 53, No. 5 Freehold Boro 46

Shore outscored Freehold Boro 9-2 in the 2nd quarter and was able to hang on to advance into the finals where they will have a rematch with Hightstown. Sophomore Ava Coyle scored a career-high 16 points for Shore Regional and Reese Fiore and Conley Smolokoff both added 11 points. Junior Sayuri Penaranda continues to have a good tournament for Freehold Boro, scoring 14 points in the defeat.

Junior Riley Fitzpatrick scored a career-high 24 points to help Barnegat get abover .500 on the season. Junior Emma Thornton had a double-double with 19 points and 17 rebounds.

Junior Christina Liggio scored a team-high 16 points to led RBC to the championship in the Viking Invitational. Liggio scored 13 points in the first game and was named tournament MVP. Sophomore Addy Nyemchek added 11 points for the Caseys.
