Junior Jaycen Santucci posted 15 points, 14 rebounds and five assists to lead the Golden Eagles (4-1) to a first-round win over the Lancers (2-2).

Senior Miles Chevalier added 13 points and four steals for Central, which led wire-to-wire.

Seniors Emanuel Domingo and Deon Jackson each scored 14 points to lead St. John Vianney.

(2) Toms River North 68, (6) Colts Neck 56 (OT)

Senior Owen Baker scored a career-high 34 points, including eight in overtime to help the Mariners (4-1) outlast the previously-unbeaten Cougars (3-1) to advance to Thursday's bracket semifinal vs. Central.

Baker drilled the first shot of overtime just seconds after opening tip and Toms River North took the lead for good, 58-56,  on a tip-in by senior Micah Ford. Senior Jeremiah Pruitt and junior Sherrod Nelson each scored 10 points and Ford finished with nine points for Toms River North.

Colts Neck tied the game, 54-54, on a pair of free throws by senior Mike Belcher with 24 seconds left in regulation and the Cougars held the Mariners scoreless on their final possession to send the game to overtime.

Belcher finished with 15 points and nine rebounds, sophomore Dillon Younger scored a team-high 16 points, and senior Vova Trotsko posted 11 points and 11 rebounds for Colts Neck. The Cougars will face St. John Vianney in the consolation round on Wednesday.

(3) Red Bank Catholic 83, (7) Middletown South 55

Senior Colin Cavanaugh scored 20 of his 21 points during a second-half onslaught that carried the Caseys (4-1) to a one-sided win over the Eagles (1-4).

Cavanaugh did not score until the final seconds of the second quarter and his free throw gave RBC a 27-26 lead at halftime. RBC then scored the first 11 points of the third quarter, with Cavanaugh scoring nine points during the run.

Junior Ryan Prior chipped in 19 points, while junior Sean Saxton and senior Pasquale Sabino each reached double-figures thanks to high-scoring second-half performances. Saxton scored 12 of his 17 points in the second half and Sabino scored all 10 of his after halftime to help the Caseys outscore Middletown South, 56-29, in the second half.

Senior Marcos Lopez scored 16 points behind four three-pointers to lead Middletown South. Senior Owen Richter also added 12 and junior Brady Hahn pitched in 11 for the Eagles.

(1) Manasquan 58, (5) Marlboro 36

Junior Griffin Linstra scored a game-high 22 points and handed out three assists and the Warriors (5-0) rolled past the Mustangs (1-3) and into the Ruhnke bracket semifinals Thursday vs. Red Bank Catholic.

Freshman Rey Weinseimer added 12 points and senior Ryan Mulvaney pitched in nine points, five rebounds and three assists for Manasquan.

Nick Epp scored all nine of his points in the second half and freshman Nolan Gong scored all eight of his in the second quarter to lead Marlboro, which will play Middletown South Wednesday in the consolation round.

(12) Manchester 66, (16) Brick 46

Senior Jaymire Watts scored 15 of his game-high 22 points in the first half and the Hawks (3-3) pulled away for a win over the Green Dragons (0-5) in round one.

Junior Aidan Lunn poured in 15 points and junior Marquis Goins chipped in 11 for Manchester, which plays Donovan Catholic Thursday in the tournament semifinals.

Sophomore Mike Sullivan scored 15 of his team-high 16 points in the first half to lead Brick, which plays crosstown rival Brick Memorial Wednesday in the Gepp consolation round.

(10) Donovan Catholic 66, (14) Brick Memorial 43

Senior Jack Malek and junior Ryan Jacobs scored 15 points apiece and the Griffins (4-1) cruised to a win over the Mustangs (1-4) to advance to Thursday's Gepp semifinals against Manchester.

Senior Matt Gerrity added nine points and junior James Gibbins pitched in eight for Donovan Catholic.

Sophomore Austin Braaten led Brick Memorial with 13 points.

(11) Toms River East 50, (15) Wall 42

Senior Jason McKelvey scored 12 of his game-high 23 points in the third quarter and the Raiders (4-1) outdueled the Crimson Knights (1-3) to win their fourth straight and advance to the Gepp Bracket semifinals on Thursday.

Senior Steven Scorsone added 15 points for Toms River East. Senior Bo Pepe paced Wall with 17 points.

(13) Toms River South 55, (9) Freehold Twp. 51

Senior Robert Peirson scored a game-high 21 points and the Indians (4-1) knocked off the Patriots (3-2) to advance to the Gepp Bracket semifinals Thursday against crosstown rival Toms River East.

Sophomore Shane Gambarony and senior Jordan Jones each added nine points, with Gambarony hitting the game-clinching free throws with five seconds left to make it 55-51. Senior James Alexander also scored eight points for Toms River South.

Senior Brandon Norero scored 13 points and classmate Andrew Silverman added 11 to lead Freehold Township, which will take on Wall Wednesday in the Gepp Bracket consolation round.

At Mendham

Randolph 63, CBA 58

Ryan Kress pumped in 31 points to help the Rams (4-1) edge the Colts (1-2) and advance to the semifinals Wednesday vs. Madison.

Junior Justin Fuerbacher led CBA with 14 points while senior teammate Dylan Kielb added 10 for the Colts, who face Mendham in the consolation round on Wednesday.

Wayne Hills 54, Jackson Memorial 42

Corey Mulholland led a balanced scoring effort with 13 points and the Patriots (5-0) overcame an eight-point deficit with 10 minutes to go to beat the Jaguars (3-2).

Senior Devin Jones and sophomore Randy Holmes Jr. each scored 12 points to lead Jackson Memorial, which was outscored by Wayne Hills, 13-1, in the fourth quarter.

Bridgeton 51, Barnegat 48

Senior Jamari Smith and junior Mason Krey each returned from multi-game, injury-related absences, but it was not enough for the Bengals (2-4) in a loss to the Bulldogs (4-2).

Smith finished with a team-high 10 points, while Krey finished with seven. Senior Shawn Javines contributed nine points in the loss.
