Kroeger was a standout on one of the Shore Conference's best offensive lines last season for the top-ranked Caseys. He was part of the unit that led the way for an RBC offense that averaged a Shore Conference-high 43.5 points per game and scored a school-record 479 points. The Caseys averaged 279 yards rushing per game and 350 yards per game overall in finishing 10-1 and ranked No. 1 in the Shore Conference for the third straight season while capturing their fourth straight division title.

The All-Class A Central pick by the coaches also had offers from Bucknell, UConn, Monmouth University, Sacred Heart, Bryant University, and Central Connecticut State. Fordham was the first team to offer him this spring.

He joins Monmouth Regional wide receiver/defensive back Isaiah Searight among the incoming class for the Rams. He also joins rising senior linebacker/defensive end Jamie Gordinier (Miami) among Division I commits from RBC's class of 2015.
