CBA Grad Ready for the Big Dance

Syracuse was considered a team on the bubble but earned a spot in the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament despite a 19-13 record and opening round loss in the ACC Tournament. The Orangemen are the 10^th seed in the Midwest Region and will open up against #7 Dayton Friday (12:15pm) in St. Louis. It’s doubtful that freshman walk-on Shaun Belbey will see any time on the court as the Christian Brothers Academy graduate has only appeared in three games this season. However for the Belbey family from Brick being part of Syracuse basketball is a tradition.
