WATCH: Rivals Jackson Memorial and Brick Memorial square off in A-South wrestling showdown

The Shore Sports Network in partnership with Jersey Mike’s returns Friday night with another live broadcast of Shore Conference wrestling as two of the Shore's most storied programs take the mat.

Brick Memorial, which is ranked No. 4 in the Shore Sports Network Top 10, will welcome fifth-ranked Jackson Memorial to town in the latest chapter of their rivalry. The Mustangs enter with an 8-2 record and a 2-1 mark in Class A South while the Jaguars are 5-4 with a 1-2 division record. Jackson has won six of the last seven matches between the two teams.

There are several potential outstanding individual matchups, including Brick Memorial freshman Anthony Santaniello (18-0) vs. Jackson junior Brett Blaess (15-2) at 106 pounds, Brick Memorial senior Joe Colon (14-2) vs. Jackson senior Hunter Smith (14-3) at 170 pounds and Brick Memorial junior David Szuba (15-0) vs. either senior Kyle Epperly (13-2) at 195 pounds or senior Brad Galassi (14-3) at 220 pounds.

Shore Sports Network Managing Editor Bob Badders will be joined by former Bergen Catholic and Brick Memorial coach Russ Pascale on the live stream broadcast beginning at 6:30 pm. The match can be viewed on shoresportsnetwork.com or the free Shore Sports Network mobile app.
