Class A-North

Colts Neck 0, No. 6 Middletown South 2 (25-16, 25-19)

The Eagles (11-4) were able to bounce back in a strong way, taking down the Cougars (7-10) in straight sets. Maya Finn played hero for the Eagles, leading the team with 14 digs. Karolyna Bojko had a huge game for Midd. South, leading all with 17 assists in the win.

Class A-South

No. 13 Toms River East 1, Toms River North 2 (23-25, 26-24, 25-23)

The Mariners (7-5) quietly fly under the radar as one of the hottest teams in the shore, now winners of four straight. Ava Casales (20), Adrianna Cruz (26) and Darlyn Neyra (27) combined for 73 of the teams' 82 digs in the loss for the Raiders (9-8).

No. 12 Brick Memorial 2, Jackson Memorial 1 (18-25, 25-17, 25-17)

It was an incredible day for one of the Mustangs (11-5) stars in Isabella McKelvey. McKelvey had an astonishing 32 assists while adding 12 service points in the back-to-back set victory. Emily Fitzgerald contributed with a big game of her own, making way with 11 kills, 7 digs and 2 critical blocks.

No. 1 Southern 2, Toms River South 0 (25-5, 25-15)

The Rams (20-1) delivered a huge blow to the Indians' (7-9) chances of qualifying for the Shore Conference Tournament, winning in back-to-back sets. Sofia D'arcangelo had 9 digs in the loss for the Indians.

No. 14 Central Regional 2, Brick Township 0 (25-18, 25-14)

The masterful campaign of Kate O'Blek's 2023 carried over into the Golden Eagles (9-7) two set victory over the Dragons (3-12). O'Blek gave Central a huge burst with her 14 assists in the win. Clare Ashe played strong for the Dragons, giving way to 10 digs in the loss.

Class B-South

Lacey 0, No. 5 Barnegat 2 (25-20, 25-21)

The Bengals (15-3) took their talents on senior night and paved the way for a two-set victory over Lacey (6-10). Barnegat is now winners of four of their last five in the strong run they've had over the season.

No. 2 Donovan Catholic 2, No. 9 Pinelands 0 (25-19, 25-21)

The Wildcats (11-7) gave it all they could over two sets, going up against the number two team in the shore in Donovan Catholic (20-2). Elizabeth Kavanaugh provided a huge spark for the Griffins, leading with 23 assists. Shantel Starling continued her excellent season for the Griffins with 14 digs and 11 kills. Olivia Shertenlieb led Pinelands with 15 assists in the loss.
