Class A-North

No. 8 Middletown South 2, Colts Neck 1

Middletown South kept their divisional chase alive and well after taking down Colts Neck in three sets. The Eagles are 4-1 in the division, one game behind Howell for first in the A-North. Senior Karolyna Bojko was massive for the Eagles, putting up 22 assists and harboring 4 aces in the win. Cameron Kapler was huge as well with 15 assists for the Eagles. Stacy Mancino had a season-high 25 digs while tallying up 10 service points in the loss for Colts Neck. Kendra Thor had 20 digs and 17 kills while Gianna Savino had 29 assists for the Cougars.

Long Branch 1, Freehold Borough 2 (15-25, 25-12, 25-7)

Sayuri Penaranda had a career day for the Colonials, putting up 19 assists, 14 service points, 7 aces and 3 digs in the three-set victory. The Colonials had to fight after being a set down, but were able to pull away in commanding fashion to move to 5-3. Michaela Aiello added 10 kills and 5 digs in the win. Gabriella Silvia added 11 service points for Freehold.

No. 4 Marlboro 0, No. 5 Howell 2 (25-22, 25-13)

Savannah Torres' monster day for the Rebels kept their separation at the top in the A-North. Torres had 20 assists in the two-set victory for Howell. Gabia Grigaliunas had 10 kills while C.C. Socha-Soares had 7 digs and 5 kills in the win over Marlboro.

Class B-North

No. 13 Wall 0, No. 7 Raritan 2 (25-13, 25-13)

Raritan kept within range of striking distance of the B-North with a two-set victory over No. 13 Wall. Julia DelMasto led the Rockets with 10 digs as Raritan took down Wall in straight sets. Bri Daly led with 7 kills while Anna Shea had 6 for the Rockets.

Red Bank Regional 0, Rumson-Fair Haven 2 (25-16, 25-15)

The Bulldogs have climbed back to .500 and put themselves right into the thick of the B-North with a strong two-set victory. Rumson moves to 3-3 overall on the season.

Holmdel 0, No. 9 Red Bank Catholic 2 (25-16, 25-22)

Class B-Central

Manasquan 2, Asbury Park 0 (25-4, 25-8)

The Warriors crept one spot closer to first place in the B-Central, taking care of the Admirals in dominating fashion. Giuliana Ferraro had 13 aces and 5 kills for Manasquan.

St. Rose 0, Point Pleasant Beach 2 (27-25, 25-21)

Another day, another strong performance by the Garnet Gulls' Lucia Robinson. Robinson had 11 service points in which 5 were aces, 2 kills and 2 blocks. Alexa Perillo also had a strong day, collecting 9 assists in the two-set victory.

Non-Divisional

No. 14 Jackson Liberty 2, Toms River South 0 (25-21, 25-19) 

The Lions continued to play strong volleyball, taking back-to-back sets over Toms River North. Sofia D'Archangelo had 16 digs while Jordyn Lynch had 14 assists in the loss for the Indians.
