Class A-North

No. 10 Marlboro 2, No. 13 Freehold Boro 0 (25-17, 25-15)

The Mustangs continued to be one of the Shore's strongest teams out of the gate, taking down Freehold Borough in back-to-back sets. Amy Fitzpatrick had 10 service points while Cece Marino had 8 kills and 6 assists for the Mustangs.

No. 15 Howell 2, No. 3 Colts Neck 1

The Rebels moved to 3-0 on the season while taking down Colts Neck in three sets. Gianna Savino had 28 assists and 12 digs while Stacy Mancino led the Cougars with 19 digs in defeat.

Class A-South

 

Brick Township 2, Toms River South 0 (27-25, 28-26)

The Dragons climbed back to .500 with a two-set victory over the Indians. Abby Anfuso and Isabella Marinelli each had 12 digs for the Dragons while Marissa Witter had 16 assists. Jordyn Lynch had 13 assists for the Indians in the loss.

Class B-North

No. 6 Rumson-Fair Haven 0, No. 11 Raritan 2 (25-14, 25-18)

Raritan won their fourth game of the season, taking down No. 6 Rumson-Fair Haven in two sets. Sophie Papagiannakis led the Rockets with 11 digs while Bri Daly led the team in kills with 7.

Class B-South

No. 2 Donovan Catholic 2, No. 9 Barnegat 0

The Griffins soared to a two-set victory over their division rivals in consecutive sets. Shantel Starling had 8 kills and 4 aces while Macayla Lindner had 4 kills and 2 aces. Daniella Tischio had 18 assists and 4 digs, joining the 500 assist club in the victory today.

Manchester 0, No. 5 Pinelands 2 (25-14, 25-17)

Jill Becker was on a mission for the Wildcats today, leading the team with 11 kills and 13 digs. Olivia Shertenlieb led Pinelands with 18 assists. Devyn Quigley came away with 10 digs for Manchester in the loss.

Manasquan 1, No. 8 Red Bank Catholic 2 (25-14, 21-25, 25-16)
