The High School basketball season has had more than its share of postponements/cancellations already this winter and it’s also led to some changes in the Shore Sports Network’s live streaming schedule.  With that said this week we’ll feature a pair of games matching Southern Regional against Donovan Catholic beginning with a boys matchup tonight.

The Rams travel to Toms River to face the Griffins in a 6:30pm contest that will be streamed live on, our Facebook page and app as well.  Southern (2-1) has been led by senior guards Luke Infurna (14ppg) and Jaden Anthony (12ppg) and comes into the game riding a two-game winning streak. Donovan (3-2) has received strong play from 6’6 junior Dylan Orosz, junior guard Amari Ayala-Petty and sophomore Brian Farrell.

On Thursday SSN Live will feature a girls game as Southern once again hits the road to face the Griffins at Steve Gepp Gym with game time at 5:30pm. Powered by Jersey Mike’s and Atlantic Physical Therapy Center the broadcast schedule will include a mix of boys and girls games throughout the regular season with games added during the Shore Conference Postseason in early March.

Veteran broadcasters Kevin Williams and Matt Harmon will comprise the announcing team.  In addition to being “live” all broadcasts will be archived on the website for viewing at any time once the game is completed. Participating sponsors include Seaview Orthopaedic & Medical Associates, I’m Possible Northeast Headquarters, Elite Sports Physical Therapy and Burger 25. EVideo Productions is partnering with the Shore Sports Network on the broadcasts.
