This week’s “Turning Point Players of the Game”:

Thursday night provided two highly entertaining semifinal match-ups at the RWJBarnabas Health Arena, with two teams earning the opportunity to play at Monmouth University in the finals of the Shore Conference Tournament. In the first game, Toms River North played tough on the defensive end while doing enough offensively to down Red Bank Catholic 60-42. Sophomore Jaiden Fraser provided a spark off of the Mariners bench with 14 points and was named our Turning Point Player of the Game for his efforts. Check out highlights from the game as well as an interview with Jaiden below. To read Matt Manley's game story, click here.

In the second half of the double-header, Manasquan and Holmdel battled it out in a low-scoring affair, but the return of senior Alex Galvan helped the Warriors pull out a 44-40 win. Manasquan held the Hornets to just four fourth-quarter points while coming back from a ten point third quarter deficit. Galvan was named our Turning Point Player of the game as he put up a 16 point, 11 rebound double-double. You can watch highlights from the game as well as an interview with Alex below. For their efforts out on the court, Fraser and Galvan both received a gift card from Turning Point breakfast, brunch, and lunch.
