Welcome to the latest edition of the Shore Sports Network’s top plays, highlighting the most dazzling and exciting moments from Shore Conference football action, brought to you by Seaview Orthopaedic & Medical Associates.

This week we take a look at the top clips from Week Nine as the state playoffs are set to get underway.

Here we go:

10. Flying Eagle

Spencer Pereless takes off on a jet sweep handoff and throws a little juke in at the end that leaves a defender whiffing in Middletown South's win over Freehold Boro.

9. Boro balance.

Point Boro's Devin Connelly somehow stays on his feet after spinning around following a catch against Lakewood and scores in the Panthers' win.

8. Neptune's Savior.

Senior Savior King shows great concentration while spinning around on a touchdown pass from Royal Moore in Neptune's win over Toms River North.

7. Casey concentration.

Red Bank Catholic senior wide receiver Trevor Cowley does a great job getting both feet down for a touchdown catch against Jackson Memorial.

6. Reverse engineering.

Matawan wideout Justin Ferrara takes the snap, hands it to Devon Spann on a reverse, and then he hits Dejohn Rogers in the end zone in a win over Barnegat.

5. Teddy's a bear.

Red Bank's Teddy Mitchell takes a short screen pass from Jack Navitsky and jukes defenders on his way to a long touchdown in a win over Manchester.

4. Bye bye Bickford.

I'm really reaching on these Bickford puns at this point. Top 10 Plays regular Mike Bickford of Central takes it 90 yards to the house in a win over Jackson Liberty that gave the Golden Eagles at least a share of their first division title since 1994.

3. Haskins and you shall receive.

St. John Vianney junior Khalil Haskins cuts it all the way back across the field for a great pick six in a win over Manasquan. He had a strong all-around game despite the public address announcer wrongly pronouncing his name "Kaylee" all game like he was the head of the local sorority or something.

2. Christian conversion.

Mater Dei Prep senior quarterback Christian Palmer added another highlight in a season full of them with this dazzling run and spin move for a touchdown in a win over Point Beach.

1. Streak remover.

While it may not have been the most dazzling play of the week,  it was the most significant one with the most raucous ending. Jackson Memorial sophomore Mike Gawlik scores in overtime to end Red Bank Catholic's 40-game winning streak against Shore competition.
