Junior Bryan Antoine added 21 points, 11 rebounds and three steals while Ahmadu Sarnor pitched in 15 points, six rebounds and five assists for Ranney. Senior Savior Akuwovo also contributed 10 points, five rebounds and four blocks in the win.

Toms River North was within 51-45 past the midway point of the third quarter when Ranney embarked on a 21-2 run that blew open the game.

Senior Holden Petrick led Toms River North with 15 points.

(5) CBA 52, (4) Neptune 45 - Story/Video

Junior Liam Kennedy poured in a game-high 17 points and the Colts (17-6) put away the Scarlet Fliers (18-5) in the final two minutes to advance to the SCT semifinals Thursday vs. top-seeded Ranney.

CBA trailed Neptune for a majority of the game but took the lead, 44-43, on a basket by junior Stephen Braunstein as he was fouled with 2:50 left.

Neptune senior Jared Kimbrough - who led the Scarlet Fliers with 17 points - gave his team the lead again on a putback, but was whistled for his fifth foul on the other end of the floor. Junior Josh Cohen hit one of the two free throws to even the score at 45-45 with 1:45 left.

CBA grabbed the lead for good on a pair of free throws by Braunstein with 1:02 left and Kennedy cashed in on four straight from the stripe to put the game on ice.

Braunstein finished with 15 points and Cohen added nine for CBA. Junior Dwaine Jones scored all nine of his points in the first half for Neptune, while Sam Fagan and Scott Fields added eight apiece.

(2) Mater Dei Prep 46, (7) Manasquan 43 - Story/Gallery

Sophomore Jamir Watkins scored 17 points to go with eight rebounds and six steals to help the Seraphs (20-4) hold off the Warriors (19-5) and advance to the SCT semifinals for the third consecutive season.

Mater Dei played without senior starters Kenny Jones and Adam Afifi for the second straight game, with the Loyola-bound Jones still dealing with the flu that kept him out of Thursday's win over Ocean and the 6-foot-9 Afifi nursing a shoulder injury.

Junior Alex Rice added 10 points and senior Kyle Devaney hit a big three-pointer to stretch Mater Dei's lead to 42-38 with 2:20 left.

Senior Ryan Flanagan led Manasquan with 14 points and had a shot to tie the game on the final possession, but Rice got a piece of the attempt and it missed the mark.

(3) Rumson-Fair Haven 67, (11) Point Beach 47 - Gallery by Paula Lopez

Senior Jack Solano led a balanced scoring effort with 15 points and the Bulldogs (21-1) coasted to a win over the Garnet Gulls (16-8) to reach the SCT semifinals Thursday night against No. 2 and defending champion Mater Dei while also winning their 18th straight.

Junior Ian O'Connor added 14 points for Rumson, which outscored Point Beach 20-4 in the third quarter to break the game open. Seniors Devin Cooper and Teddy Sourlis added nine points each for the Bulldogs and sophomore Phil Wheeler chipped in eight in the win.

Seniors Danny Frauenheim and Josh Yates scored 10 points each to lead Point Beach.
