Trinity Financial Sports & Entertainment Management Company has formed many partnerships in the short time they have moved their executive offices to Spring Lake and one of those is with Sky Blue FC, a member of the National Women’s Soccer League. Just recently the two sides extended their corporate arrangement for a third straight year with Trinity to serve as a financial advisory option for the team’s players and staff as well as supporters. In addition, their office in Spring Lake serves as a regional corporate center for the team whose roster includes Manasquan resident and soccer icon Christie Rampone.

Tony Novo, President and General Manager of Sky Blue FC said “We are happy to continue our relationship with Peter Grandich and his team at Trinity Financial. Peter is someone who has been fully engrained in both the financial and athletic industries for a number of years, which makes him a great asset for our organization.” Novo added that “Peter has been a key ally to Sky Blue FC by opening doors for us throughout the business community.”

The Trinity office at 219 Morris Avenue features a section devoted to the team including framed jerseys from Rampone and Kelly O’Hara. Grandich is delighted about the expanded relationship saying “we are Trinity are very pleased to broaden our corporate partnerships as we enter a third year of working together. Sky Blue FC has continually evolved as a key fixture within the New Jersey sports and business landscape and we look forward to help them remain on that same positive trajectory.”

Rampone was honored last weekend in pre-game ceremony at Red Bull Arena for her two-decade career as a member of the United States National team which saw her win three Olympic gold medals and two FIFA World Cup titles. Prior to retiring from the international team in 2015, she served as captain for eight years and her 311 career caps is second in history. However, at age 41 she’ll be back with Sky Blue FC when they open their home schedule on April 30 against FC Kansas City at Yurcak Field at Rutgers University. When she’s not practicing or playing the former Point Pleasant Borough High School and Monmouth University star is busy as the mom of her two daughters, Rylie (11) and Reece (7).
