After back-to-back years off championship-game heartbreak, Marlboro's all-senior team came through Monday with the program's first ever NJSIAA Central Group IV title.

Two years after losing to South Brunswick in the Central Group IV final, Marlboro conquered the Vikings Friday to earn another shot at the program's first sectional title.

CBA pulled out its biggest regular-season win in more than a decade Tuesday by knocking off No. 1 Marlboro in overtime and running its record to 6-0 in 2021-22.

After coming painfully close to the program's first NJSIAA sectional championship, Marlboro returns a loaded lineup that will be among the Shore's best over the next two years.
