Five Shore Conference football players signed their National Letters of Intent to continue their careers at Division 1 Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) programs on Wednesday during the first day of the early signing period.

Ocean Township senior Trebor Pena had a sensational season on offense and defense and was selected as the 2019 Shore Sports Network Most Valuable Player.

Ocean used big plays on offense, defense and special teams to defeat Shore Regional, 40-0, and improve to 4-0 for the first time since 2013.

With several starters back, including Temple recruit Trebor Pena, Ocean is ready to get back to its winning ways and compete for the Patriot Division title.
