No. 14 Howell 31, No. 6 Red Bank 30  (OT)

Howell was able to hold on and edge out RBR for the upset victory in overtime. In an exciting finish in regulation, Howell's Veronica Nieves knocked down a 3-pointer to give the Rebels a 30-28 lead. Sophomore Riley Wheeler from RBR came right back down the court to tie the game with a foul-line jumper.

Howell had a chance to put the game away in regulation but Kiera McKown, who finished with 8 points, could not convert her shot in the lane. Sophomore BellaRose Marino converted 1 of 2 foul shots in the closing seconds off overtime to give Howell a 31-30 lead. Marino finished with a game-high 11 points.

Senior Camryn Gardner had a chance at the buzzer to give RBR the win, but the 3-point attempt rang in and out. Sophomore Zoe Gulley, who struggled in the first half shooting, finished with a team-high 10 points for the Bucs.

No. 16 Neptune 65, Matawan 23

Neptune scored 24 1st quarter points and had four players score double-digits in their non-divisional win against Matawan. Junior Christa Ramos scored a game-high 16 points and sophomore Majiah Quarles added 15 points for Neptune. Bre Evans and Lana Ellington both had 7 steals for Neptune.

No. 7 Wall 53, Long Branch 37

Senior Emily Tvrdik scored a team-high 15 points to help Wall go to 7-1 on the season. Senior Taylor Suckey and sophomore Cali Buxbaum added 9 points each for Wall. Junior Leomary Diaz-Merino scored a game-high 16 points for Long Branch.

No. 1 St. John Vianney 62,  No. 13 Point Pleasant Boro 27

SJV outscored Point Boro 15-2 in the 2nd quarter and had nine different players score in the non-divisional win. Sophomore Charlotte Bradley scored a game-high 12 points for SJV.

Middletown North 39, Manalapan 35

Middletown North had four players score 6 or more points in the non-divisional win over Manalapan. The Lions outscored Manalapan 15-7 in the 3rd quarter and held on for the victory. Junior Karleigh Aber scored a team-high 9 points and sophomore Danielle Gonzale added 8 points for Middletown North.
