Class A South

Jackson Memorial 7, Brick 2

Senior Steven Bado recorded a hat trick and the Jaguars broke out for seven goals to beat the Green Dragons and grab their first win of the season.

Junior Maksim Bydyk also score two goals and both sophomore John Calamia and junior Tom McChesney scored one apiece for Jackson Memorial.

Tiago Markovitz and Jayson Nardone scored the two Brick goals.

Toms River East 2, Central 0

Senior Noah Raimonde scored twice off passes from junior Kajas Matazinskas - one in the 15th and another in the 78th - to spark the Raiders to a win over the Golden Eagles.

Brick Memorial 2, Toms River South 0

Senior Ryan Smith assisted goals by senior Ryan Mastrojohn and junior Billy Caruso - one in each half - as the Mustangs blanked the Indians for a win on Senior Night.

No. 2 Toms River North 5, Southern 0

Senior A.J. Emnace scored two goals and the Mariners coasted by the Rams to clinch the outright Class A South championship after splitting the title with Southern in 2020.

Senior David Anderson scored the first Toms River North goal in the 10th minute off a pass from senior Jimmy Ruppe before Emnace followed with back-to-back goals, one of which came off a pass from senior Mattia Assante.

Senior Ryan Maguire and junior Ray Keller scored the last two Toms River North goals.

 

Class B North

Neptune 4, Matawan 1

Junior Ernst Louisius scored the first of four goals by four different Neptune players and the Scarlet Fliers stormed past the Huskies to win a share of their first division championship since 2002.

Sophomore Kervens Lafortune, junior Lee Petrowski and sophomore Nate Kerr each added a goal for Neptune, which has won six straight since starting the season 2-3.

 

Class B Central

Point Beach 4, Ranney 2

Senior Luke Zylinski scored the tie-breaking goal in the 57th minute and also dished out two assists on goals by senior Jacob Bardsley to lead the Garnet Gulls to a win over the Panthers.

Zylinski assisted the game's first goal, which came in the fourth minute on a finish Bardsley and again on a Bardsley goal to cap the scoring in the 69th minute.

Point Beach held leads of 1-0, 2-1, and 3-2, with junior Owen Curtis scoring off a pass from junior Josh Boyan in the first minute of the second half to put the Gulls back ahead, 2-1.

Ranney tied the game in 15th on a goal by senior Tommy Boyan and again in the 43rd on a goal by senior Joey Arege.

St. Rose 7, Asbury Park 0

 

Class B South

Pinelands 3, Lakewood 2 (OT)

Senior James Cahill scored the golden goal in the second overtime off a pass from sophomore Ian Cahill and the Wildcats pulled off a dramatic win over the Piners.

Senior Stephen DeMilio scored the first two Pinelands goal, including one with six seconds left in regulation to send the game into overtime.

Pedro Saavedra scored the equalizer for Lakewood in the 50th minute and Hector De Los Santos gave the Piners the lead with a goal in the 65th.

Lacey 2, Jackson Liberty 0

Seniors Kody Besser and Connor Bencik each scored a goal and the Lions shut out the Lions to win the outright Class B South championship for the first time since 2011 and just the second time since 1993.

Manchester 4, Donovan Catholic 1

Senior Jackson Pagnotta scored the go-ahead goal for Manchester in the 35th minute and junior Owen Edwards scored a goal in each half as the Hawks topped the Griffins on Senior Night.

Edwards one-timed a cross from classmate Muberaq Aderogba in for the tying goal in the 21st minute and scored again in the 58th minute after he stole a failed clearance. Junior Luis Camarena bent a corner kick into the goal for his first varsity goal, which capped the scoring in the 78th minute.

 

Non-Division

Keyport 5, Mater Dei Prep 1

Sophomore Edwin Prudente scored two goals to go with an assist and freshman Brayan Rodriguez dished out three assists as the Red Raiders took care of the Seraphs.

Senior Joshua Wenzel, senior Alex Bernardino and freshman Moises Vasquez each added a goal for Keyport.

Senior Zach O'Neal scored the lone Mater Dei goal.
