Senior Justin Rivera scored 17 points and hit two big three-pointers in the final minute to give Raritan some distance as the Rockets (3-1) made the trip through the snow to Montgomery and handed the Vikings (6-1) their first loss of the season.

Junior Lucas LaVilla supplemented Rivera's clutch shooting by making 3-of-4 free throws in the final 20 seconds to seal the win.

Junior Jack O'Leary and senior Tyzaya Smith, meanwhile, each scored nine points for Raritan, which was done in by a rough third quarter in an otherwise competitive game against state-ranked Red Bank Catholic on Thursday night -- a 67-52 Caseys win in Hazlet.
