Two teams that could meet in a sectional final next month will be featured on Wednesday’s Gateway Toyota Coaches Corner on 105.7 The Hawk during a live broadcast from River Rock Restaurant and Marina Bar in Brick.

Class “A South” co-champion Brick Memorial and Freehold Boro enter the playoffs playing their best football of the season and could be on a collision course to meet in the Central Jersey Group 4 championship game. The Mustangs have won 7 of their last 8 games to grab the #2 seed in the section while the 8^th seeded Colonials are dangerous and riding a five-game winning streak.

Brick Memorial head coach Walt Currie will be joined on the program by running back Tony Thorpe and running back/safety Blaine Netterman. Freehold Boro head coach Dave Ellis will bring record-setting quarterback Ashante Worthy and his favorite target, Matt Krauss to discuss the road to a championship.
