Led by the long range shooting of Holmdel's Alexandra Loucopoulos the North All-Stars rallied from a halftime deficit to beat the South 104-72 in the Shore Girls Basketball Coaches Association Senior All-Star game at Red Bank Catholic Thursday night.  Loucopoulos finished with a game-high 19 points, doing most of her damage from behind the 3-point line in the second half and was named North MVP.  Emma Carmen (RBC) added 12 points and Marlboro's Amanda Castro 10 in the win. Julia Grodzicki of Toms River North earned MVP honors for the South following a team-high 12-point effort. Jackson Memorial teammates Chloe Messer (10pts) and Zoie Maffei (8pts) also contributed solid efforts.

At halftime a 3-point shooting contest was held with Rumson's Julia Corsentino putting on a show in the finals to beat out Grodzicki.

Special thanks to Mike Fogarty of Rita's for donating gift cards to the winners while Elite Sports Physical Therapy and RYPT (Reach Your Potential Training) provided special awards created by Ocean Trophies.  In addition a big thank you to Joe Montano and Red Bank Catholic for hosting the event.
