No. 4 Jackson Memorial 1, Southern 0 (OT)

Dylan Greenblatt drilled a direct kick during the second overtime and the Jaguars (11-1-1, 8-1-1) avenged their only loss of the season by beating the Rams (5-5-1, 4-4-1) on a golden goal.

Brick Memorial 2, Brick 2

Lou Nazzaro and Erik Fatovic both scored in the final three minutes of regulation to send the game to overtime and the Mustangs (6-3-2, 5-3-2) and Green Dragons (2-7-3, 2-6-2) settled for their second head-to-head draw of the season.

Before Brick Memorial scored twice in the final three minutes, Brick scored twice in the first three. William DeLao opened the scoring in the opening seconds of the game and Frank Firrito scored in the third minute to stake the Dragons to a 2-0 lead.

Toms River North 1, Central 0

Jaden Rossi scored the game's lone goal in the 62nd minute and the Mariners (3-5-1, 3-5-1) edged the Golden Eagles (1-9, 1-9) to halt a six-game stretch without a win.

No. 6 Toms River South 1, Toms River East 0

Clem Slavick scored the only goal of the game to give the Indians (7-2-1, 7-2-1) a narrow win over the Raiders (5-5, 5-5).

 

Class B Central

Point Beach 8, Henry Hudson 0

Danny Savage scored two goals and assisted two more to lead the Garnet Gulls (8-3, 7-2) to an easy win over the Admirals (3-9, 1-7). Ki Costa also pitched in a goal and three assists and Ryan Brodeur added a goal and an assist.

Andrew Garrow, Ben Glass, Mike Ciorlian and Alex Atno accounted for the other four Point Beach goals.

Asbury Park 3, St. Rose 2

Davensky JoinVilmar and Wenderlens Garius scored in the first half and Johnny Phillipe's second-half goal proved the difference as the Blue Bishops (10-1, 9-0) beat the Purple Roses (6-7, 6-3) for their 23rd straight win within Class B Central dating back to the end of 2015.

Evan Walter and Ethan Tombs each scored in the final three minutes to make things interesting before Asbury Park successfully ran out the clock.

Ranney 5, Mater Dei Prep 1

Ademola Odunlami, Marc Greenstein, Cole Redman and Savior Akuwovo all found the back of the net and the Panthers (2-8, 2-7) rolled to a win over the Seraphs (3-8, 3-5), snapping an eight-game losing streak.

 

Class B South

Lakewood 3, Lacey 2

Sophomore Kristian Talas scored the tie-breaking goal in the 49th minute and the Piners rallied to beat the Lions (5-5-1, 5-4-1). Fellow sophomore Nate Wharlton pulled Lakewood (7-4, 6-4) even at 2-2 with a goal in the 36th minute and another sophomore, Augustin Lopez, gave Lakewood a 1-0 lead in the 10th minute.

Junior Joel Roig tied the game at 1-1 for Lacey in the 14th minute and senior Ryan MacAvoy gave the Lions a 2-1 lead with a goal in the 22nd.

No. 3 Pinelands 6, Manchester 0

Anthony Diaz scored two goals and Dominic Dos Santos added a goal and two assists to lead the Wildcats (10-1, 9-1) to a shutout win over the Hawks (2-8-1, 2-7-1). Kieran Sundermann also chipped in a goal and an assist, while Nathan Szwed and Anthony Aguilar scored a goal each.

Point Boro 2, Jackson Liberty 1

Jake Brzyski scored the winning goal off a pass from Leo Schnappauf to break a tie in the 72nd minute and the Panthers (6-2-3, 5-2-3) topped the Lions (2-9-1, 2-8-0) to extend their unbeaten streak to seven games. Point Boro is 4-0-3 in those nine games.

Christian D'Amato scored the first Point Boro goal on a pass from Alex Herrman in the 21st minute.

Matt Campbell scored on a Trevor Anderson assist to tie the game at 1-1 in the 37th minute.

Donovan Catholic 2, Barnegat 0

Christiaan Dailey and freshman Clay Yannazzone each scored a goal and the Griffins (4-7-1, 3-6-1) knocked off the Bengals (7-5, 5-5) under the lights at Donovan Catholic.
