No. 6 Toms River North 3, Brick Memorial 2
Mitch Reed, Brandon Keller and Riley DeFeig each scored a goal and the Mariners (6-2, 6-1) outlasted the Mustangs (0-8-1, 0-6-1). Erik Fatovic and Angel Suarez accounted for the Brick Memorial goals.
No. 4 Toms River South 2, Southern 0
Dyan Parks scored two first-half goals and the Indians (7-1, 7-0) blanked the Rams (5-3, 4-3) to bounce back from their first loss of the season Saturday against Donovan Catholic. Ben Brown and Tyer Egnatuk assisted the two goals by Parks.
Central 1, Jackson Memorial 0
Nate Wiley scored the game's lone goal off a feed from Nick Heilm in the 50th minute and the Golden Eagles (6-2, 5-2) pulled out a win over the Jaguars (4-4, 3-4). Central goalkeeper Tom Ruscitti saved 12 shots to earn the clean sheet.
Brick 4, Toms River East 0
Four different Brick players scored a goal and the Green Dragons (2-6, 2-5) rolled to a win over the Raiders (0-6-1, 0-6-1). William DeLao, Alejandro Rodriguez, John Mora and Richard Cosgrove scored the four Brick goals.
Class B Central
Mater Dei Prep 2, Keyport 1
Kyle Dowlen and Luke Lino each scored a goal off a pass from Sean Molicki and the Seraphs (1-6, 1-5) beat the Red Raiders (0-9, 0-6) for their first win of the season. Lino scored the winner in the 65th minute after Gadiel Escobar pulled Keyport even with a goal two minutes before halftime.
Asbury Park 9, Henry Hudson 0
Ronald JeanVilmar and Shown Narcisse each scored two goals and Davensky JoinVilmar added a goal and three assists to lead the Blue Bishops (6-0, 6-0) to their sixth straight win to open the season by beating the Admirals (4-5, 2-4).
Brian Cruz, Fradlet Etienne, Alberto Moreno and Eben Landau each contributed a goal in the win.

Class B South
Lakewood 3, Donovan Catholic 0
Freshmen Jonathan Toichihuitl and Nathanael Wharlton each scored a goal and the Piners (4-6, 2-5) stunned the Griffins (3-4-2, 2-4-1) two days after Donovan Catholic upset previously unbeaten Toms River South.
Lakewood jumped in front on an own goal in the sixth minute and Toichihuitl made it 2-0 in the 14th with a goal off a pass from Anthony Calixto. Wharlton capped the victory with a goal in the final minute.
Jackson Liberty 1, Manchester 0
Andrew Galifi scored the deciding goal in the 60th minute and the Lions (5-3-1, 3-3-1) held on to edge the Hawks (2-5, 2-5).
Lacey 1, No. 7 Pinelands 0
Senior Kevin Miller converted a penalty kick in the 44th minute and the Lions (5-3, 5-2) beat the Wildcats (7-2, 6-1), handing Pinelands their first B South divisional loss while also winning their third straight.
Point Boro 4, Barnegat 2
Senior Mason Remondelli ignited a comeback by scoring Point Boro's first goal in the 34th minute and later scored the winner in the 65th to lead the Panthers (7-1, 6-1) past the Bengals (2-6, 1-6) and to their sixth straight win.
Remondelli also assisted an equalizer by Matt Kimak in the 39th minute and Jacob Kirinovic capped the scoring with a goal in the 70th. Christian D'Amato assisted both second half goals.
Barnegat jumped out to a 2-0 lead on goals by Ryan Flaherty in the 18th and Sean Moran in the 30th.
Non-Division
Manasquan 5, Point Beach 2
Dulio Guerro scored two goals late in the first half on assists from Chris Pierro and the Warriors (5-2-1) stormed out to a 4-0 lead by the break en route to a win over the Garnet Gulls (3-4).
Dan Del Guercio also scored two goals - one in each half - and Ryan Flanagan opened the scoring for Manasquan. Ryan Brodeur and Jeremy Tombs each scored in the second half for Point Beach.
