Wilby Alfred scored two goals for the second straight game and the Scarlet Fliers (1-0-1) handled the Warriors (1-1) for their first win.

Alfred also assisted a goal while Mickenna Church, David Galindo and Evan Jimenez each chipped in a goal and an assist. Marlon Morales score the remaining goal and Marvin Garcia and David Radwonski eached added an assist.

Seamus McAnee locked up the shutout in goal.

St. John Vianney at Red Bank Catholic - PPD, TBD

Monmouth 5, Central 0

Freshman Kaan Pehlivan scored two goals and senior Brian Waltsak and junior Hoover Cano each added a goal and two assists to lead the Falcons (3-0) to a shutout win over the Golden Eagles (0-2).

Freshman Aiden Hicks scored the other Monmouth goal, which came off one of Waltsak's two assists and made the score 4-0. Hoover, meanwhile, assisted both of Pehlivan's goals - the first of which made the score 1-0 and the second of which was a header that extended the lead to 3-0.

Senior David Lopes set up Waltsak's 18-yard strike that capped the scoring.
