No. 7 Colts Neck 2, Middletown North 0

Michael Jelinsky assisted Jason Tonelli's goal in the 10th minute and scored one of his own in the 50th and the Cougars (7-1-3, 7-1-3) beat the Lions (4-7-1, 4-7-0) to remain in the thick of the Class A North race.

 

Class A Central

No. 5 Rumson-Fair Haven 3, St. John Vianney 2

Matt Dell and Eamon Kitson scored second-half goals and the Bulldogs (11-1-1, 8-1-1) broke a 1-1 halftime tie to beat the Lancers (5-7-1, 4-6-0) and keep pace with Holmdel in the Class A Central race. Harry Gassert assisted both second-half goals and Ryan Strang scored the Bulldogs' first-half goal.

No. 4 Holmdel 2, Manasquan 0

Menos Hiras and Jack Flanagan scored a goal apiece and the Hornets (11-1-1, 9-1-1) blanked the Warriors (4-7-3, 3-7-1) to move within a win or a Rumson loss of clinching at least a share of its fourth straight division title.

No. 9 Raritan 1, Monmouth 0

Patrick Goggins scored off a pass from Allen Ochoa 5:10 into the game and the Raritan (8-3-2, 5-3-2) defense and goalkeeper Alex Pruckowski made it stand up in a shutout win over the Falcons (2-12-1, 0-9-1).

 

Class A South

No. 10 Lacey 5, Brick 1

Robert Biele scored two goals to lead a five-goal outburst as the Lions (7-3-2, 6-3-2) beat the Green Dragons (0-10-2, 0-9-2) to remain within striking distance of the Class A South title. Eric Reitmeyer, Brendan Byrne and Anthony Palino each added a goal for Lacey.

 

Class B North

Matawan 4, Red Bank 1

Sam Labinger scored two goals and assisted goals by Bronson Dhume and Joe Garofalo to lead the Huskies (6-3-1, 6-3-1) to a win over the Bucs (5-7-1, 5-5-1). With the win, Matawan clinches a spot in next week's Shore Conference Tournament.

No. 1 Ocean 3, Long Branch 1

Wadneson Alexis scored two goals after Ocean took an early lead on an own goal in the third minute, leading the Spartans (8-1-4, 5-1-4) to a win over the Green Wave (5-7-2, 2-6-2). Sam Hernandez scored in the 78th minute to break up the shutout.

 

Class B South

Pinelands 3, Barnegat 1

Jordan Humphreys scored two goals, Rabi Orellana added a goal and an assist and Donovan Duelly handed out two assists to lead the Wildcats (3-11-0, 2-9-0) to a win over the Bengals (4-7-1, 3-6-1). Justin Kovacs scored Barnegat's lone goal, a 15th-minute score to tie the game at 1 before Humphreys' winner in the 29th.

 

Non-Division

Brick Memorial 6, Mater Dei Prep 0

Bryan Malerba scored two goals to go with an assist and the Mustangs (7-7-0) rolled to a win over the Seraphs (2-12-0) under the lights. Kevin Simek and Kevin Duffy each had a goal and an assist, Tom Hernandez had two assists, and Ed Seaman and Logan Zalinsky contributed a goal each in the win.
