Class A Central

No. 8 Holmdel 4, Red Bank Catholic 0

Senior Matt Kline scored the first of four Holmdel (8-0-1, 7-0-1) goals by four different players and the Hornets beat the Caseys (0-9, 0-7) to extend their unbeaten streak to 63 straight games.

Seniors Tomas Zolofra, Noah Mendez and Connor Hinds each followed with a goal apiece.

 

Class A South

Brick 4, Central 3

Senior Eli Chong and freshman Nick Rincon each scored in the second half to break a 2-2 tie and push the Green Dragons (7-3, 7-3) to a victory over the Golden Eagles (0-7-2, 0-6-2).

Central took a 1-0 lead on a goal by Gianni Smith in the eighth minute before sophomore Jayson Nardone and senior Zack Meyer answered with goals four minutes apart in the 25th and 29th to put Brick in front.

Will Smith drew Central even at 2-2 in the 33rd and Hunter Reyes converted a goal to pull the Golden Eagles within 4-3.

 

Class B North

Neptune 2, Manasquan 1

Senior Marvin Muñoz Garcia scored the game-winning goal with 1:04 left on the clock off a pass from Nate Kerr and the Scarlet Fliers (3-7, 3-7) beat the Warriors (5-4-1, 5-4-1) to sweep the regular-season series.

Ernst Louisus scored the first Neptune goal off a feed from Cosme Fierro.

Red Bank 3, St. John Vianney 1

Matteo Balderas, Jacob Kirkpatrick and Berland McLaughlin each scored a goal and the Bucs (4-6, 4-6) buried the Lancers (1-9-1, 1-9-1) for their fourth straight win following a 0-6 start.

Joe Koetzner, James Castell and Matt Villani each picked up an assist in the win.

 

Class B Central

Ranney 3, Henry Hudson 2

Junior Tommy Boyan scored a goal and assisted another to lead the Panthers (7-0, 7-0) to a win over the Admirals (1-8, 1-8). Senior Trent Redman and junior Charles Anyichie each scored a goal for Ranney as well.

 

Class B South

Point Boro at Pinelands - PPD, TBA

 

Non-Division

Monmouth 7, Mater Dei Prep 0

Junior Ryan Kuldanek recorded a hat trick and threw in an assist to lead the Falcons (2-7-1) to a win over the Seraphs.

Kevin Riordan, Aiden Hicks, Tommy Siracusa and Riley Kline each scored a goal in the Monmouth (1-7) win as well.
