Stump And the Shore Sports Network Back Together

The Shore Sports Network is happy to announce the return of Scott Stump as a special contributor to both the website and journal.  Stump was an owner of All Shore Media when it was purchased by Townsquare Media in 2013 and as Managing Editor helped the Shore Sports Network grow into Monmouth and Ocean County’s leading high school sports website with a focus on football, soccer, basketball, wrestling, baseball and lacrosse.

One of the shore’s most respected reporters and a former recipient of the New Jersey Sportswriter of the Year Award, Stump gave up his position with the Shore Sports Network in August of 2015 to devote his full energy to his duties with the Today Show and NBC News.  While he remains with both he will serve as a special contributor to the SSN writing stories and offering his unique perspective on sports at the Jersey Shore.  “Stumpy’s Corner” will be a somewhat regular feature and is being sponsored by Atlantic Physical Therapy Center.
