Shore Sports Network Weeks 1 & 2 Ocean County Wrestler of the Week – presented by AOSMI
In addition to the Shore Conference Wrestler of the Week fan poll, Shore Sports Network will be selecting an Ocean County Wrestler of the Week throughout the season, presented by AOSMI (formerly Ocean County Sports Medicine).
Ocean County Weeks 1 & 2 (December) Wrestler of the Week
Harvey Ludington, Jr., Brick Memorial
Ludington dominated the field to win the 190-pound championship at the Beast of the East tournament and followed that up with his second title at the Brick Memorial's own Mustang Classic tournament to start the season 10-0. Ludington was the 2022 NJSIAA 175-pound state champion and was the state runner-up at 175 last season. He is committed to Arizona State University and ranked in the top five in the country at his weight class.
