First Round Results

South Jersey Non-Public A

(8) St. John Vianney 4, (9) Union Catholic 1

SJV scored three goals from three different players in the first 20 minutes of the game to advance. Junior Madeline Marreta scored the third goal in the first half and added a goal in the second half for the Lancers. Senior Isabella Merrifield had one goal and two assists for SJV.

SJV will travel to No. 1 Notre Dame in the quarterfinals.

(5) Princeton Day 4, (12) Donovan Catholic 1

Senior Grace Oliver scored Donovan’s lone goal in the first half to finish with three goals on the season. Freshman Ava Katz scored two goals in the second half for Princeton Day, which advanced into the quarterfinals of SJ Non-Public A and will face No. 3 Trinity Hall in the semifinals.

South Jersey Non-Public B

(10) St. Rose 6, (7) Timothy Christian 1

Junior Molly Cullen scored a hat trick in the opening round of SJ Non-Public B as St. Rose defeated No. 7 Timothy Christian. Cullen also assisted senior Maggie Kerr’s second goal of the game for St. Rose.

St. Rose will travel to No. 2 Holy Spirit in the quarterfinal round.
