Without question one of the highlights of the high school basketball season is the Shore Conference Tournament and the 2018 edition will dominate the hoop news for the remainder of this month. The Shore Sports Network is the official media partner for the event in conjunction with the Shore Conference of High Schools and we will keep you updated on seeds, schedules and more. Below you will find some important information:

Who qualifies:   All teams with a .500 or better record through Saturday,
February 10.

Seeding Meeting:  Sunday, February 11 at Red Bank Catholic High School
(Seeding committee is made up of boys and girls coaches
from each of the six divisions).

Dates & Sites:
First-round games to be played on Tuesday, February 13 at higher seed.

Second round games to be played on Thursday, February 15 at higher seed.

Girls’ quarterfinals on Saturday, February 17 at RWJBarnabas Health Arena
(Toms River North) at 11:00am, 12:45pm, 2:30pm, 4:15pm.

Boys’ quarterfinals on Sunday, February 18 at RWJBarnabas Health Arena
(Toms River North) at 11:00am, 12:45pm, 2:30pm, 4:15pm.

Girls’ semifinals on Tuesday, February 20 at RWJBarnabas Health Arena
at 6:00 and 7:45 p.m.

Boys’ semifinals on Thursday, February 22 at RWJBarnabas Health Arena
at 6:00 and 7:45 p.m.

Girls/Boys doubleheader on Saturday, February 24 at OceanFirst Bank
Center (Monmouth University) at 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. Games will be broadcast live on Beach Radio 1160/1310AM and shoresportsnetwork.com

Ticket Prices:    First two rounds- Prevailing school rates.
Quarterfinals and Semifinals- $6.00
Finals- $10.00

UPDATE: A total of 2,000 tickets will be made available for a pre-sale at the OceanFirst Bank Center box office on Friday, February 23 from 9 a.m. to noon. All tickets will be $10 and there will be a 10-ticket limit per person. Remaining tickets will be sold on Saturday, February 24 beginning at 3:30 p.m. with the doors to open at 5 p.m.
