With Red Bank Catholic's 40-game winning streak against Shore Conference competition coming to an end this weekend thanks to Jackson Memorial's 33-27 overtime win, there is now a raging debate over who the No. 1 team in the Shore should be for the first time in four years.

While myself and Bob Badders compile the Shore Sports Network Top 10 every week, we want to see what the fans think before we reveal our new Top 10 rankings on Tuesday with our Office Lounge/Shore Sports Network Top 10.

Here are the resumes for the main candidates:

St. John Vianney (9-0): Only undefeated team left in the Shore. Class A Central champions. Best win is 35-28 over Rumson-Fair Haven (6-2), which should return to the Top 10 this week. Last ranking: No. 3.

Brick: (8-1): Class A South champions. Best win is over Jackson Memorial (8-1). Also has a win over Top 10 team Brick Memorial (6-3). Loss is to Wall (2-6). Last ranking: No. 5.

Jackson Memorial (8-1). Best win is over previous No. 1 Red Bank Catholic, which had not lost to a Shore team since 2010. Loss is 30-24 to Brick in overtime. Also has a win over Top 10 Brick Memorial (6-3). Last ranking: No. 6.

Manalapan (8-1). Best win is over Top 10 team Middletown South (6-2), the No. 1 seed in Central Jersey Group IV. Loss is 35-7 to Red Bank Catholic. Last ranking: No. 2.
