10. Captain Kirk

We'll start off with a few clips from the Week Zero games. Pinelands running back Justin Kirkpatrick breaks several tackles on this 44-yard touchdown run against Donovan Catholic.

 

9. Power Walker

Southern's Pat Walker will not be denied on this 68-yard touchdown run versus Central during Week Zero.

 

8. Malcolm "Tyree"

Central's Malcolm Vaughn catches the ball off his own helmet over a Southern defender, David Tyree style, for a 64-yard touchdown reception from quarterback Mike Miserendino.

 

7. Legatron 

St. John Vianney's Joe Rice bombs a 48-yard field goal in the Lancers' 30-21 victory over Matawan.

 

6. The Flash

Brick's Ja'Sir Taylor did a little bit of everything in 36-6 win over Brick Memorial, including this 80-yard touchdown run on a jet sweep late in the first half.

 

5. Fast Eddie

Mater Dei Prep's Eddie Lewis shows off his playmaking abilities on a 70-yard punt return for a touchdown against Keansburg.

 

4. Gimme That!

Neptune's Kahmar Rice wins a jump ball and makes the reception off the carom for a 50-yard touchdown catch vs. Ocean.

 

3. Tyler the Creator

Ocean's Tyler Thompson had a huge all-around game in a 34-28 win over Neptune, his first game back since breaking his leg last season. This 71-yard touchdown run tied the score in the fourth quarter.

 

2. What else can Brown do for you?

St. John Vianney's Anthony Brown went sideline to sideline on this ridiculous 25-yard run for a first down. Also picked up a great block when he comes to the near side.

 

1. Oben-copter

Brick's Jay Obenauer does a full 360 to stay on top of two Brick Memorial players for a 30-yard gain in the Dragons' 36-6 win over the Mustangs. Obenauer finished with a career-high 145 yards rushing and a touchdown.
