The Varsity Link Coaches Corner returns Wednesday night from River Rock Restaurant and Marina Bar in Brick as Bob Badders and Ed Sarluca take a look at the results from Week 2 and look ahead at what to expect from Week 3 of Shore Conference football action.

We will also be joined by Point Boro head coach Brian Staub and senior three-year starting quarterback/defensive back Charlie Vitale. The Panthers are coming off a 41-6 victory over Jackson Liberty in Week 2 and are 2-0 for the first time since 2017, a year they went 11-1 and reached the NJSIAA Central Jersey Group 2 sectional final. Vitale has led a balanced triple-option offense along with sophomore fullback Jake Croce and sophomore slotback Matt Oliphant.

To find out, Stacker consulted data from WalletHub, released June 17, 2020, that compares U.S. beach towns. Ratings are based on six categories: affordability, weather, safety, economy, education and health, and quality of life. The cities ranged in population from 10,000 to 150,000, but they had to have at least one local beach listed on TripAdvisor. Read the full methodology here.
