Wednesday, August 29 will mark the 20th anniversary of the Toms River East American All-Stars winning the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

Chris Cartnick’s grand slam in the bottom of the 5th inning snapped a 6-6 tie and powered Holbrook Little League (Jackson) to a dramatic 10-6 victory over the Pennsylvania champion Upper Providence Little League in Bristol, Connecticut Wednesday afternoon.
