SHORE SPORTS NETWORK LACROSSE PLAYER OF THE WEEK, 4/15/15
Tim Barile, Sr., Attack, Red Bank Catholic
The Caseys exploded for 55 goals over three games in defeating Colts Neck, Long Branch and Middletown South, and Barile led the way with 11 goals and nine assists.
The Virginia Military Institute recruit scored four goals and had one assist when the Caseys took out then-No. 8 Colts Neck 13-6 last Wednesday. He followed that up with two goals and four assists in a 21-2 victory over Long Branch and closed out his week with five goals and four assists in a 21-4 win over Middletown South.
After dropping their opening game of the season to Manasquan, Red Bank Catholic has won four straight games and climbed into the Shore Sports Network Top 10 at No. 6. They go on the road to face No. 7 Freehold Township today in a key nondivisional game.
