Class A North

No. 6 CBA 15, Freehold Township 1

Junior attackman Nick Blalock delivered three goals and four assists and junior attackman Brendan Donnelly made his season debut after suffering an injury during the preseason and tallied three goals and one assist to lead the way for the Colts (6-6, 5-0).

Hayden Kelly added two goals and Ian Macrae and Ryan Martin each had a goal and an assist. Davis Campbell, Liam Schwartz, Peter Rawlins, Jake Andreski, and Jack Santos all scored once. Brandon DeSena made four saves and Jeff Frankenburg made one save.

Ian Fallon scored a goal and Connor Brown made five saves for Freehold Township (2-8, 1-5).

 

No. 7 Howell 17, Colts Neck 4

Senior midfielder Doug MacKenzie tallied four goals and one assist and senior attackman Vin Burns had three goals and two assists to send the Rebels (10-3, 7-0) past the Cougars (3-8, 1-4) on senior night.

Junior attackman Jack Marich totaled three goals and one assist, senior midfielder Tyler Burns also scored three times, and junior attackman Nate Lorenzo had a goal and four assists. Senior midfielder Chris Calafiore added a goal and two assists and senior FOGO Glenn Giordano and freshman midfielder Nicholas Turturro each scored once. Senior goalie Colin Fay made 12 saves.

Sean Perkinson had two goals and one assist and Thomas Halmi scored twice for Colts Neck. Dan O'Keefe made 15 saves.

 

No. 9 Middletown South 16, Marlboro 1

Junior attackman Steve Kirchner scored three goals to lead the Eagles (7-4, 4-2) to a victory over the Mustangs (3-8, 1-5).

John Beyer added two goals and one assist and Beau Servidio and Mike Provini each scored twice to help spearhead a balanced scoring effort. Lucas Campos made two saves.

Eddie West scored once and DJ Silvia made nine saves for Marlboro.

 

Middletown North 18, Long Branch 4

 

Class A South

Brick Memorial 16, Toms River North 3

Senior midfielder Dan Aulisi continued his blistering pace by recording a career-high 12 points on six goals and six assists as the Mustangs (8-3, 4-1) routed the rival Mariners (2-8, 2-3) for their fifth straight win. Aulisi has 28 goals and 12 assists during Brick Memorial's winning streak.

Senior Dylan Rinyak also had a big game with five goals and one assist while senior Rob Beshears tallied a career-high three goals and two assists. Senior attackman Henry Lindquist contributed a goal and three assists and junior midfielder Matt Cataldo scored once. Junior FOGO Christian Valanzola won 15 of 23 face-offs and senior goalie Paul Mazzeo made six saves.

Nick Walano had a goal and an assist, Timothy Beahm and Junior Matthews each scored once, and Evan Singer made 16 saves for Toms River North.

 

Brick 8, Central 2

Justin Kurc sank four goals and Jason Glandorf made 13 saves as the Dragons (2-8, 1-4) earned their way to a win over the Golden Eagles (0-10, 0-5).

Travis Hickman finished with two goals and two assists and Cailean Connolly had a goal and an assist. Kurt Wieboldt scored once and Riley Bell picked up a game-high 11 ground balls.

Casey Etzkorn and Dominick Fraulo scored goals and Brady Etzkorn made 10 saves for Central.

 

Class B North

No. 5 Shore 13, Ocean 2

Senior midfielder Jamie Mazzacco, senior attackman Carson Cooke, and sophomore midfielder Sam Madalone each registered five points to lead the Blue Devils (6-2, 4-1) to a divisional victory over the Spartans (3-9, 1-4).

Mazzacco and Madalone both had three goals and two assists and Cooke had two goals and three assists. Ryan Turner and Ben Levy each added two goals and one assist, and Andrew Decker had a goal and an assist. Walker Hunter made 15 saves.

Sophomore Ben Girard scored twice and junior goalie Blaine Grayson made 11 saves for Ocean.

 

No. 10 Red Bank Catholic 18, Neptune 1

Junior midfielder Connor McGee delivered three goals and three assists to lead a Caseys team that had 12 different goal-scorers in their win over the Scarlet Fliers (0-9, 0-5).

RBC (9-4, 3-2) was also led by Brian Vecchioand Torin Harmon with two goals and one assist each and Nick Lindung and Sam Fertal with two goals each. Nick Cosimano, Marcello Brocato, Frankie Lomagino, Logan Graham, Leo Cosimano, Ryan Brown, and Jackson Lu each scored once. Christian Schrader (4 saves) and Gianvito Viola (4 saves) split time in goal.

 

Class B South

No. 2 Manasquan 15, Point Boro 0

Junior attackman Matt Porazzo struck for six goals and one assist and Manasquan's defense held down a high-scoring Panthers team. Junior attackman James Farinacci added three goals and one assist and junior attackman Blake Gorski tallied two goals and one assist.

Freshman Brandon Kunz also totaled two goals and one assist while senior midfielder Robert Pendergist delivered a goal and three assists and freshman Kai Donahue scored once. Senior FOGO Max Pauwels went 10-for-17 at the X and Carter Groezinger (5 saves), Spencer Muly (2 saves), and Nick Bounassi (4 saves) combined to post a shutout. Manasquan is now 9-1 and 5-0 in Class B South.

Matt Azzarano made 18 saves for Point Boro (10-2, 4-1).

 

Lacey 5, Jackson Liberty 3

John Dodaro scored three goals and Chad Moore made 16 saves to direct Lacey (5-6, 1-4) to a win over Jackson Liberty (3-9, 0-6).

Corey Smith scored twice, Gaetano Dimiel dished out three assists, and Matt Van Nortwick had one assist. Dodaro and Dominick Tarricone each picked up a team-high five ground balls.

Paul Capozzi had a goal and an assist and Billy Schuler and Reese Stewart each scored once for Jackson Liberty.
