ROUND 2: Vote For The Best Sports Movies of the Last 50 Years

Just like the NCAA Tournament, the first round saw most of the higher seeds advance but there were some surprises and some very close match-ups. Lower seeded winners included regional #12 seed Brian’s Song (winner over #5 He Got Game) and a pair of 11th seeds in White Men Can’t Jump (blow out over Love & Basketball) and Seabiscuit (over The Wrestler).
The closest battles saw #6 Vision Quest edge #11 Creed by just five votes as the wrestling community clearly got behind the 1995 coming of age film starring Matthew Modine. In another close contest, it was 5th seed The Fighter edging #12 Cool Runnings by just 31 votes.

The next round of voting is underway now through Thursday at 12 noon as we go from 32 to 16. Cast your ballots!
