Joey Ventresca pitched a complete game for Mystic Island (6-1), giving up zero earned runs on five hits, striking out eight and walking one, while also going 2-for-4 at the plate.

Joey McDonald and Brad O'Brien each finished with two hits and an RBI in the win for Mystic Island.

Toms River South Post 129 7, Manchester 4

Michael Conover went 4-for-4, Tyler Wisniewski finished 3-for-4, and Nick Scrudato was 2-for-3 to help Toms River Post pick up the win.

Conover, Connor Feeney and Trevor Wagner combined to pitch Toms River to the victory.
