MU B-Ball Report: 2/08/12

NEC Rivalry Week begins tonight when the Hawks head north to take on Fairleigh Dickinson in this year’s renewal of the Garden State Rivalry Series, won last season by MU.

Monmouth needs these two games this week against the Knights to continue to push towards the NEC Tournament. FDU has athletes who can score (mainly transfers), but has struggled, going 1-11 in conference play.

Myself and Steve Bazaz have the call for you this week on both games. Both Wednesday and Saturday’s games are at 7, with Saturday featuring a doubleheader with the women’s team, who plays at 3.
