Class B North

No. 2 Rumson-Fair Haven 11, No. 4 St. John Vianney 3

Henry Sillen had three goals and three assists and Charlie Curran also had a hat trick as the Bulldogs (1-4, 1-0) picked up their first win of the season by downing the Lancers (2-4, 0-1) in Rumson.

Griffin Schultz added a goal and two assists while Robbie Garavente, Bryan Hess, Seamus Walsh and Matt Waters also scored. Conor Deverin made seven saves.

Ryan Gilfillan, Tom Hanson and Aidan Cole scored goals for St. John Vianney.

 

Nondivisional

No. 3 CBA 8, No. 6 Manasquan 7

Jon Salcedo had a hat trick and two assists and Cologialo Muscara struck twice as the Colts (3-1) edged the Warriors (4-2) in Sea Girt.

Jarrett Birch scored a game-high four goals for Manasquan and Joe Tonkovich had a goal and two assists. Tom Pollack made 16 saves for Manasquan.

Michael Carroll and Shay Walscak also scored for CBA while Evan Bynoe made 12 saves.

 

Red Bank 7, Lacey 6

Dan Vilardi scored a game-high three goals and Cole Smolokoff finished with two goals and three assists to lead the Bucs (2-4) past the Lions (4-2) in Lacey. Brian Fagan added a goal and two assists and Brayden Seely also tallied for Red Bank.

Lucas Sirotniak led Lacey with two goals and two assists. Ryan Mahon added a goal and an assist and Mike Trezza made nine saves.

 

Nonconference

No. 5 Howell 10, East Brunswick 7

Jake Sherman, Nic Rossi and Zack Ornstein each scored twice and Mark Buannic had a goal and three assists as the Rebels (5-0) topped the Bears in East Brunswick to match the best start in program history.

Drew Bukowiec scored his first varsity goal, Ian Colmorgan made 14 saves and Ryder Verdoni and J.T. Pojero also tallied for Howell.

 

Robbinsville 11, Jackson Memorial 6

Henry Smith scored twice and Troy Wolf had a goal and an assist, but the Jaguars (2-2) fell to the Ravens (2-3) in Jackson. Dylan Furnback made 12 saves in defeat.
