Senior forward Kate Leturgez put a charge in the Panthers (7-9, 7-4) with a double-double, finishing the contest with 14 points and 11 rebounds. Point Boro overcame a 14-5 deficit by fashioning a 33-20 effort in the second half.
Junior guard Lila Shaver produced 12 points and seven boards while sophomore guard Molly Burns added nine points for the Boro.
Freshman guard Ariana Broughton paced Jackson Liberty (10-7, 6-5) with 12 points and 10 rebounds. Teammate Jessica Cannestro cleared 13 boards.

Manalapan 40, Brick Memorial 39
Senior forward Alana Grinberg accepted an outlet from senior guard Lauryn Thomas and converted a transition bucket in the waning seconds of regulation to lift the Braves (4-14) and end their nine-game losing skid.
Grinberg had seven points, six rebounds and three blocks while Thomas posted 18 points as well as 11 rebounds in the win.
Alexis Voorhees led all scorers, hitting three 3-pointers and firing in 21 for Brick Memorial (5-12). The Mustangs, who also got 10 points from Ella Moore, assumed a 17-11 lead after one quarter.
Point Beach 66, Lakewood 19
Allison House flipped in 15 points, Hannah Hensler accounted for 14 and Cassidy Burns scored 13 to pace the Garnet Gulls (14-4).
Angie Silva countered with 11 for Lakewood (0-17).
